BioGaia Probiotics Canada Inc.(“we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, BioGaia.ca, or any other website or mobile application that links to this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 14. If you become aware of any data, we have collected from children under age 14, please contact us using the contact information provided below.  

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
