For Adults

Calcium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Sucrose.
Adults: 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day.
For IBS/ abdominal symptoms and regularity, take 2 capsules per day.
Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
